Shady Lane Bluegrass Band official websiteThe Shady Lane Bluegrass Band began its roots in the early months of 2006. We have had the pleasure of enjoying three summers on the bluegrass circuit and being among the nominees for most promising band both summers of 06 and 07. We've enjoyed the stages of Marion Bridge in Cape Breton, Evangeline in PEI, Fox Mountain in Berwick, Kempt Shore in Hants County, Stewiake, Pictou, and the Down River Music festival in Nequac, NB. Shady Lane is happy to have among our ranks this year, Nathan Beeler on mandolin, and Thomas Majcan playing lead/ rhythmn guitar. We welcome new to our band, Robert Salmon on banjo. Dave will be playing stand-up bass one again this year. "We invite everyone to come out to see our shows this summer to cheer us on and enjoy! We love our fans!"
